CULTURAL ACTIVITIES
Library
The Luiss Library reserves the following services for regularly registered ALL members:
- Studying in the Library (subject to availability of seats): the service is available Mon-Fri from 8:30am-9:00pm;
- Access to Resources (Main Library and Departmental collections and Databases): the service is available Mon-Fri from 9:00am-8:45pm. Members of Luiss Alumni Association can access the resource from the Library computers only;
- Self Loans: you can borrow up to 3 books for 30 days loan. The service is available Mon-Fri from 9:00am-8:45pm;
- Self-check station: to use the self-check station, users must have the fiscal code and the PIN number. Patrons without the PIN can request it by sending an e-mail at biblioteca@luiss.it Mon-Fri from 9:30am to 1:00pm and from 2:00pm to 5:30pm;
- Self Returns: all Library loans can be returned using the self-check station or shipping. the service is available Mon-Fri from 8:30am to 8:45pm;
- Self Digital Reproductions: the service is available Mon-Fri from 9:00am-8:45pm;
- Ask a librarian: for gaining information about how to access resources and about bibliographic research strategies request form;
- Document Delivery (DD): for the supply of bibliographic material within the limit of 15% as required by current legislation on copyright. Documents can be collected in person at the Library or by traditional mail DD;
- Interlibrary loans (ILL): is a lending and borrowing service between Italian libraries request form;
- Wireless access from the Library.

Rome Opera House
For the 2019/2020 Opera and Ballet Season of the Rome Opera House and the Summer Season at the Terme di Caracalla 2020, the following discounts are available for ALL members *:
- 10% reduction on the ticket price for subscription shows and 20% for non-subscription performances for the season
- 10% reduction on full price tickets for the 2019 Summer Season at the Terme di Caracalla excluding the EXTRA program
- 10% reduction on the purchase of souvenirs sold during the evening of the show
* any form of facilitation can be extended to a guest or family members. Promotions do not include opening nights, Balconata or Galleria seats.

Medical Unit
On the Parenzo campus (room T05), a free medical service is available to students and members of the Alumni Association, with Dr. Gianpiero Cutolo, tel. 06.85225.416.
Office hours:
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm
- Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 am to 11:30 am
Certificates for non-competitive sporting activities are issued free of charge on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 am to 10:15 am following a medical examination with electrocardiogram.
